From duvets to headboards, treatments and dimensions can be customized so you can get the perfect fit. We can create (almost) anything – let your imagination be your guide! Our pricing for COM is at our lowest price points, unlike many of our competitors who charge a premium price for using COM. Please see our latest COM price list, available online here for current customers. Please call 800-922-0660 for access.

To order, follow these steps:

1. If your company does not have an account with us, please complete our New Accounts form or call 800-922-0660 before placing your first order. New customers, please review the Homestyle COM policy before placing your first COM order.

2. Fill out the Cover Sheet and Fabric and Trims Summary Sheet

3. Fill out the COM form for your product:

• Bedding: Comforters, Duvets, Coverlets, Pillows, Shams
• Headboards
• Chairs, Chaise & Loveseat
• Ottomans & Benches
• Table Toppers and Covers
• Drapery Panels
• Upholstered Cornices

4. Fax the forms to Homestyle at (718) 932-7966. You will receive a complete price quote, including yardage requirements, usually within 48 hours.
