Homestyle can use our fabrics, your fabrics, or a combination, to create custom bedding and furniture products for your customers. From duvets to headboards, treatments and dimensions can be customized so you can get the perfect fit. We can create (almost) anything – let your imagination be your guide! Some of our most beautiful products have been created with our customers' own fabrics!

And Homestyle COM is priced at our lowest price point, unlike some competitors, who charge premium prices.

Homestyle Soft Furnishings COM Policy

  1. COM items cannot be exchanged and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Please fill out the COM worksheets provided in this guide as completely as possible.
  3. All COM orders should have a fabric sample attached and be properly labeled.
  4. When sending fabric and trim:
    - Make sure front side and direction of fabric is clearly marked
    - Make sure fabric is side-marked with your company's or customer's name
    - Send fabric to: Homestyle Soft Furnishings, 5010 World Dairy Dr., Madison, Wisconsin 53718
  5. Homestyle is not responsible for the misapplication of unmarked fabrics.
  6. When sending twist cord, make sure cord has a lip if it is to be sewn into an item.
  7. Homestyle does not accept leather.
  8. Homestyle allows up to 3” tolerance on quilted products.
  9. Furniture dimensions quoted in our catalog are approximate. Because each piece is custom made at the time of the order, variations of up to 2” are possible. Homestyle will not be held liable for minor variations within this range.
  10. There is no minimum order on COM products.
  11. All purchase orders must be signed by the customer.
  12. Any leftover COM fabric will be returned to the customer.
  13. Use of difficult-to-work-with fabrics and trims will result in an upcharge. Customer Service will contact you if this situation arises.
  14. Homestyle reserves the right to refuse to manufacture COM products that we feel to be impractical for our production process.
  15. Cancellations and changes for custom products will not be accepted once production has been started.
  16. Shipping lead time for COM products is 2 - 4 weeks after receipt of all fabric by Homestyle.
  17. Orders will not be processed until a signed copy of the Homestyle COM Fabric and Trim Summary Sheet (download here) is received.
