How do I order memo samples?
Please call Customer Service at 800-324-6666 to order your complimentary
12"x12" memo samples. We will ship them out to you within
24 hours of your request.
How do I open an account?
You may fill in our online New Accounts/Credit
Application and fax it to Homestyle Soft Furnishings at 608-244-1607.
Or, you may call Customer Service at 800-324-6666 to open your account.
Do you customize bedding?
Yes! Some of our most beautiful bedding and furniture is made
with our Customer's Own Material. Feel free to combine Homestyle
fabrics or COM on our bedding and furniture as you wish. Please see
the COM section of this website or
refer to the COM Guide enclosed with your catalog.
How long will my order take?
Quickship items ship next day if ordered before 2:00pm Central
Standard Time. All other orders for bedding, furniture, and COM ship
in 2 to 4 weeks. Sometimes our lead times are shorter! Please call
Customer Service at 800-324-6666 for current lead times.
Do you accept COM?
Yes, we are pleased to accept your fabrics and trimmings for
COM Bedding and Furniture. Please see our COM section of this website
or refer to your COM Packet enclosed with your catalog.
Can I order fabric and trimmings?
Yes, you may order fabrics and trimmings shown in our collections.
Please order in whole yard increments.
How long are your bedskirt drops?
Our standard bedskirt drop is 15". You may specify a
custom drop to the 1/2". There is an extra charge for
drops exceeding 19".
