Lead Times
Our lead time for bedding, furniture, and COM is 2 to 4 weeks.
For COM it is 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of all fabric. Call
our Customer Service Managers at 800-922-0660 for current lead times.
Lead time for rush orders, when available, is 5 business days. Rush
orders accepted for a 25% surcharge.
New Accounts
New Customers are required to fill out the application on our New
Accounts page. Please provide a copy of your sales tax exemption
certificate. Opening orders must be prepaid or paid with a credit
card. Homestyle sells only to the trade.
Minimum Order
Minimum opening order is $250 with no minimum for re-orders.
Opening orders under the minimum are subject to a $25 fee.
Terms
Terms are net 30 after initial order and upon credit approval.
A signed Credit Application is needed for credit approval. First
orders must be paid by credit card or pre-paid check. Homestyle accepts
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Late charges of
1.5% per month will be applied to all past due accounts. Homestyle
may charge collection costs and attorney fees for past due accounts.
Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
Shipping Costs
Bedding: charged at a rate of 6% of total order value with a
minimum of $10. Orders are shipped regular ground by UPS unless otherwise
specified.
Furniture: FOB Newton, Massachusetts. Ottomans and a limited number
of chairs ship UPS. All headboards and most chairs ship via road
freight. Please call Customer Service for shipping quotes.
Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of products.
All returns require prior authorization from Homestyle. Return costs
and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer except in
cases of flawed products or erroneous shipments. Refused or returned
merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Mishandled, shopworn
or price-tagged merchandise is non-returnable. Special order bedding
and furniture products are non-returnable except in cases of product
quality. A product is considered to be special order if it uses fabrics
or treatments that are not shown in photography. Orders cancelled
after production has been started are subject to full charges. Returns
must be made in original shipping, packaging, and boxing. Cancellations
will not be accepted once production has been started.
Sales Materials
Our Sales Catalog is $25 including shipping. A Swatch Kit is
available for $25 including shipping. Please call 800-922-0660. Wholesale price lists and retail price lists
available to current customers at no charge. Homestyle sells only to the trade.
Complimentary Retail Price List
Specify your mark-up requirements and our Customer Service Managers
will produce a separate retail price list for you at no charge.
Fabrics and Trims by the Yard
All fabrics and trims seen in our collections are available by
the yard. Please consult our Wholesale Price List (available upon
request) for repeats, contents, and pricing.
Fabric Consistencies and Continuities
Some of our fabrics may have slubs or other textural qualities
that are part of the makeup of the fibers used to produce the fabric.
There may be slight color variations in our fabrics due to dye lot
changes. We strive to maintain fabric continuity, but reserve the
right to substitute fabrics without notice if necessary.
Furniture dimensions quoted in our catalog
are approximate.
Because each piece is custom made at the time of the order, variations
of up to 2” are possible. Homestyle will not be held liable for
minor variations within this range.
Complimentary Memo Samples
To request a 12” x 12” memo sample of fabrics or a trim
sample, please use our request form or call our Customer Service Managers at 800-922-0660 or
fax your request to 617-244-2064.
Customized Products
Customers are welcome to modify our collections using Homestyle
fabrics. Please indicate your fabric and item specifications on your
purchase order or call our Customer Service Managers for assistance.
Care Instructions
All bedding and accent pillows are dry clean only.
Quilting
Due to different shrinkages of various quilting patterns and
fabrics, an exact finished width or length is not guaranteed. We
allow up to 3” tolerance on width and length.
Freight Shipments
Freight shipments are made to your business address during regular
business hours, approximately 8am - 5pm local time, Monday - Friday.
For an additional charge, you can receive a call from the shipping
company to confirm a delivery time. Freight charges are determined
by destination, type of product shipped, and weight. Quotes can be
provided on request. Freight charges will vary over time due to changes
in fuel costs and other factors. Homestyle uses ABF and its partner
companies as the primary freight carrier.
For all freight shipments, any damage must be noted at time of delivery.
All damages must be communicated in writing to Homestyle within 3 business
days of receipt.
Homestyle offers curbside residential delivery. The following conditions
apply:
- Delivery must be signed for.
- Residential phone number is needed for delivery. A delivery time
window of approximately 3-4 hours will be arranged before delivery
by the freight company.
- Inside delivery is available for an additional $75. The carrier
will not move deliveries up or down flights of stairs. Charge is
for inside delivery and does not include unpacking or removal of
shipping materials
- It is the customers responsibility to remove packaging and assemble/arrange
furniture
